Heidi Smith

is a USAT Level I Coach and has competed in Triathlon events on a National and World Level. She placed fourth in her age group at nationals in 2000 and placed fourth in her age group at Worlds in Edmonton, Canada, in 2001. She was ranked as an “All-American” in 2001, 2004, and 2007. Heidi is now working with ATS as a professional Swimming Instructor and triathlon coach in an effort to help others in a sport she is passionate about. Heidi has gone thru teacher training for Total Immersion and uses those techniques as applicable (primarily for beginner swimmers).
